Peach Tree Village Apartments
We are looking at several apartment complexes in the Hackettstown area and I see Peach Tree Village has a pool. Is use of the pool included in the monthly rent or is there a use fee? The prices seen rather pricey and wanted some info. Thanks.
Tina Glider There is a use fee, it’s been years since I’ve been though so I can’t recall the amount. I don’t believe it’s very high.
Kat Peachtree is in Washington Township (Long Valley), has a Hackettstown address. Different school than Hackettstown.
Leslie True, Leslie as they go to Long Valley Schools. I think that is why a lot of kids live there as well, as I doubt there would be as many people living there if they went to Hackettstown schools. Still not the best place to live, especially seeing the high rent and the noisy neighbors. Used to live in an upstairs apartment there and during the years had various neighbors in the downstairs apartments. Too thin of walls as you can hear people running from downstairs, talking and slamming the doors when they leave to go places. I had to either have the heat going or the air conditioning going, depending on the season, to drown out the noise from under me.
reisident08The cost is dependent on how many people need passes. I think it works out to $120 for the first person and then it $80 for each additional pass. That's for the whole summer.

Washington Twp schools are pretty superior to anything you'll find in Warren County. So if schools are important to you but you want to stay in the Hackettstown area, I'd pick Peach Tree for the school system.
