Hi, does anyone know of a place in the area that has an indoor pool and offers water aerobics and lap swimming for adults?

Sussex County Y in Hamburg and also Health Quest/Rt. 31 Clinton. Centenary College pool USED to have both but closed to general public ~2017?

Check the Hackettstown Pool. If you want to stay active I'd recommend cycling. I got a bike here https://www.bikethesites.com/best-hybrid-bikes/ and ride 30 minutes a day and lost 11 pounds during the last 2 months.
