Grant Money
Has anyone ever applied for or gotten grant money for a home improvement. I'm an 80 year old senior trying to apply for a grant for a bathroom tub replacement. Visited a few sites but they are very confusing and I feel like I'm just going around in circles. Any suggestions or recommendations from anyone who has been successful or has any knowledge on what the best way to proceed would be appreciated.

Warren County Housing Rehabilitation Program
• What it is: Provides financial assistance for owner-occupied houses needing health, safety, and code-violation repairs (roofing, heating, plumbing, electrical, and structural damage).
• Type of Funding: A zero-interest deferred loan secured by a property mortgage, which only becomes due when the property is sold, gifted, or transferred.
