Any recommendations for someone who does this; a hygienist vs an at home kit. Thx
Townies My husband uses Crest 3D white advanced deep clean. It's working, his teeth are getting whiter. He is almost done with the first tube so he wants me to buy another one. It is definitely cheaper than going to a dentist. Hope this helps.
Patti Get a home kit with the teeth whitening trays. Upper and lower. Buy the gel. 35%. You can go lower just takes longer. Once a night for half to 1 hr. In two weeks your teeth will be white.
