Power Outage
Panther Valley Outage. Is there a way to find out? It is not listed anywhere and IDK if they have a text system or something for emergencies. Thanks.
SmithyAround 20 out, 6:30pm restore.
I can’t url on phone but it’s Jcpl storm center page, look for nj, but covers pa, Md, and Ohio.
Main page ez, map, but “my town” button pullds up nj by county and you can click to township.
In a bad one you have to read tween the lines as restore times disappear, then you get a “global” restore time way out in future that they can’t miss but if you hunt n peck on map might be able to determine when they are in area, if you are huge (gets faster service) or if billions of ones and twos meaning it gonna be awhile.
Like divining truth from a plethora of different datapoints.
Note: round here, liberty first to go, last to come back, followed by Indy, then Mansfield. County wise, morris hntrdon them Sussex then Warren. Hopefully liberty/indy gets better with current line/pole upgrades by fall.

You just log in and hit the report outage button
It will give a restoration time and a nice map showing where the outage is
That way you can drive to the outage location and harass them
Same page and you will find etr’s are first automatic at like 3 hours. In a bad one , they disappear, replaced by global etr way out there as in can’t be missed.
It is as I said above and if you got good etr’s it was a minor storm where the long term universal etr not needed.
When you’re first to go, last to come back, have little kids or seniors, you get pretty good at ferreting out the best truth from the spin they publish.
