Ridesharing
HI,
I am stuck, My company recently moved to ITC and I don't own a car. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to find a rideshare or carpool up to the new site in ITC South.
UBER is too expensive at $80 a day before tip, SO I am hoping and wishing for someone who goes to work up there to carpool with.
If anybody can help or is interested please contact me. I could really use a miracle.

Tiffany Wow! Uber is $80 for a round trip from Hackettstown to the ITC??! That's only 10 miles each way from Hackettstown to ITC. That's ridiculous...
Greg If your work is in the ITC International drive area/corporate park, you could take the train to Mt Olive and navigate walking along Int'l Drive. Though the train only runs weekdays.
If its across 46 in the ITC retail stores and Walmart, that is really tough to walk to as there is no ped crosswalk easily accessible from the traon station across 46 :(
IlloDoes your Company have a shuttle to and from the Train Station in Mount Olive? Then all you would have to do is to get a ride to and from the Train Station in Hackettstown. There you could setup a monthly pass to ride the train.
Just a thought.
Mr 4Paws Perhaps contact a local taxi service. They may be willing to work out a reasonable weekly fee. You could also put up a note in the two libraries, ask at Trinity Church, and maybe Centenary. A college student with a car might be interested in making a few extra bucks. Good luck!

Hi Tiffany. What days/hours do you need rides? My daughter is out of work right now and temporarily may be able to take you to and from work for a fraction of uber. She would be very reliable and trustworthy. Just an idea. Hope you get a good routine soon!

Grapes I work 7:30 to 4 Monday to Friday. It's on the South side of ITC in the office buildings.
I am still looking for someone going that way to share with, I have someone who is driving me but even at half it's still $200 a week which is nearly a 1/4 of my paycheck
Where do you live and what are the hours? I try a couple of people right now. I drove a lady to Phillipsburg years ago from Hackettstown. I did it for a least a year.

Joyce You didn't mention if you asked any of your coworkers. They are going the same place and probably around the same time. Even if they don't live near you, maybe if it's only a short detour someone may be willing to drive you. Good luck, I hope you find a solution that works out long term.
