I dont understand - Anchor for the year 2026
I see the benefit year for 2025 on the site but no link to apply online for the year 2026 paid in 2027. What am I missing? So confusing. However it reads deadline Nov 2, 2026- I think thats for 2025 benefits??

SmithyI agree. All these years are running together. But I did figure out that the Anchor payment is for the 2025 year and the deadline to file for it is November 2nd. (odd). The application for 2026 hasn't come out yet. I usually get the PAS-1 booklet mailed to me in January. I hope they are going to mail them again for the next round and not force us to file online. Hope that helps.
Lonesome Dove I agree, confusing. I saw that if you're over 65 that you have to file again and then I saw that you don't. I'm not filing again, but still not sure which rule is right.
Joyce I just fill out the PAS-1 online and somewhere there's an online status page that tells me I am OK. They just sent me another $1,000 so sounds OK to me. However, first check was direct deposit and the other's have been actual checks. I can't figure the years out so I just give em the info they ask for. Seems to work for me altough can't understand why they don't have the numbers already. So far, a good deal keeping me in NJ.
