window repair recommendations
I have a broken window - the lower half of a double sash window. First floor, easy access, and was quoted what I think is a substantial price for repair. Would anyone please tell me, in your experience, what I should expect to pay for that? Any recommendations for window repair companies?

Mike You don't provide sufficient information for anyone to help.
A pic. A detailed description of the window material, size, single/douible/triple pane. What you are able to do and what not - like remove/install the sash and transport it. Your budget.

even Home Depot or Lowes can do that.
CBGB Your best route would be to get glass cut from lowes/home depot and watch a YouTube video. Pop off the moulding glaze and insert glass and reglaze
