Kerosene
Elizabeth We have a 5 gal. container w/ kerosene. For $10.00 you can have the kerosene and the container.
Patti The Shell station in Great Meadows (RDJ?) used to sell kerosene, and I think the station right up the street from them may have as well. Not sure if they still do.

Kozimore up the street no longer sells kerosene, thay did sell the dyed stuff for years....
Greg Patti- I could use the kerosene. I am renovating a home and have a need for temporary heat.

It's easier in the long run to switch to a propane jet heater with the cost and scarcity of kerosene in NJ . Last time I bought some was about 3 years ago at the Speedway gas station in Lake Hopatcong for 8 dollars a gallon and they claimed they were the only place in the state selling it . Kozimors sells off road diesel that you can burn in your oil burner if you ever run out , but it may be a bit too dirty for a jet heater .

MadhouseGreg, I tried to send you an email at the address you gave, but it didn't work. My email said to correct the address before sending it.
RDJs for sure, and the ?Shell? on Rt 57 - next to Dairy Queen - may still have a pump. I bought some there not too long ago.
