Restaurant Lamb Grill Latin Cuisine - Hastings Square
Recently found this place and had it twice in the last month.
Firstly, the owner (assumption here but he was the one cooking) is an extremely nice guy. For that alone, I hope the place succeeds.
We ordered the birria tacos and nachos. Both were very good. And the portion sizes were large for the price.
We've had birria tacos from a number of different restaurants including our own homemade ones. These are every bit as good.

My buddy and I ate there yesterday. Not busy when we went around 4:30pm.
He had a chicken empanada and a beef burrito. I had 2 chicken empanadas and a chicken quesadilla. We both had the mango fruit boba .
We both thought everything tasted excellent! Also, the boba was the thin-skinned variety that almost dissolve as soon as you chew into it, with a burst of mango flavor, which was a pleasant surprise, as you very often get the heavy chewy boba, which is ok, but this was very tasty!

Luca2 @Phil - I don't drink boba that much anymore but when I did, I loved those chewy boba.

For me, the chewy ones are OK once in a while, but this was my first time having the thinner-skinned ones, and I loved them. You just have to be careful not to inhale one as you bring them up through the straw!
