Bright Speed phone service.
Last week when the windstorm came through Warren County and my mom lost phone service and here internet (she has a land line). We alerted Bright Speed last week when the service went out, but they said it won't get fixed till this Thursday (6th). Anyone else with their land line service have this long of an outage.
