Wrong Way Parking

Is it legal or not to park on the side of the road facing traffic?

No, it is not legal in New Jersey to park facing oncoming traffic on a two-way street. New Jersey law requires vehicles to be parked parallel to the curb and facing the direction of traffic. Parking against the flow of traffic is unsafe and creates hazards, as it requires driving against oncoming traffic to enter and exit the parking space.
