What's going on on Hackettstown Mountain?
Halfway down the mountain from Budd Lake to Hackettstown, there's a new chain link fence and a couple portable toilets. Appears to be some excavation equipment there as well. Anyone know what's happening?

Ronnie Moved out this way to get away from living in Paterson 7 years ago and the population has increased big time up this way. All the developments are heavily impacting this area with traffic and a-holes. NJ is losing it. In just 7 years the influx in population is sad. I get it. We all want better lives, at what cost?
Doinkistz No such thing as "affordable housing" in Hackettstown or surrounding areas. Only affordable ones are for seniors and they're old apartments and not the best maintenance, as least where I live.
