auntiel That was the best Derby finish I've ever seen. That horse wasn't even IN the race until that morning, when another horse was scratched. Amazing.
2nd longest shot (80-1) to ever win the Derby. The longest shot was 93-1, in 1913 or something like that.

Greg, that was amazing to see. Watched the race but this footage was fantastic.
justwondering The jockey on Epicenter made the mistake on the finish. To block Zandon from passing him on the outside he left the rail open for Rich Strike. Great race and wish I had bet that horse LOL.
MK Thanks for the post. iI did not see it live, but my mother in law told me about it today(she never misses this race). Truly memorable.
