Roll-off Dumpsters at Al's Cleaners
C.J. So now there are plastic orange fences around Al's Cleaners today. That usually means that the building is coming down. Anyone have any insight on this?

Also noticed the Meadows at Mansfield, on Rt 57 hasn't been worked on in months. Anyone know what's going on?
Botheredbyuu2 They are demoing the building. Nothing proposed going in. Doing it for 2 reasons. 1) easier to sell an empty lot vs having a prospect buy it and have to demo. 2) now only pay taxes on the value of the land vs paying taxes on the land and the value of the building.

Calico696 Funny BD but so true - this lot or the one across from Raceway would have been much better suited for QC. But instead they're investing a lot of money to rezone residential (2 on Washington St) & tear down other homes (3 on Mt. Ave).
