Laundromat Attendant
Compensation: $16 - $18 / hour, depending on experience. On the books.
We are a busy, local laundromat looking for friendly laundromat attendants to join the team. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
• Are Friendly.
• Must speak English.
• Are hardworking.
• Are customer oriented.
• Can work independently or as part of a team.
• Can follow directions and learn quickly.
• Attention to detail is a MUST.
• Honest, trustworthy, and punctual.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for the following:
• Keeping the laundromat clean (including: floors, machines, fans, windows, lint, etc.)
• Doing wash and fold (100lb – 150lbs) per an 8 hour shift.
• Processing laundry coming in and going out using our POS (Point Of Sale) system.
• Helping customers to address their questions or issues.
• Covering other teammates shifts when needed.
• Accommodating customer requests
• Managing the wash and fold schedule and adjusting it as needed.
• Able to lift 40+ lbs.
