does anybody know what there building next to rancho on 46 ?
they have clear the lot and put gravel down in shape of a large rectangle building

Beat me to it, CBGB.LOL. The rumor mill produced the clearing of property and building as some sort of affiliation with Shoprite. Pure street rumor however.
