Why is the municipal building closed? I called and got the message the building is open from 10:00 - 2:00. Then it said the building is now closed. ???? I called at 11:50.

John Doe Yeah sure. Everyone will get a rebate. In fact why don't you choose how much you feel you want back and request that amount or even better simply reduce your next quarter payment by that amount. I'm sure t will be fine....
