Water Testing- Real Estate Sale
The prior post on this was closed due to its age. Wanted input on peoples experiences on water testing companies for a real estate sale.

Mark When we sold my mother’s house in 2019 we used Advanced Water Technologies. They’re in Sparta. Cost was $1045. They were good to work with. Buyers attorney had questions about the lab results and they were very good about discussing with our attorney what they meant. 800-440-8265. There are companies that charge less but we needed report quickly

RAS I used All-State Well Testing located in Washington, NJ in 2016. Back then the company had to be NJ state approved, not sure if that's still applicable. Below are links to NJ Division of Water Supply with tons of information on Well Testing as well as All-State well testing website. Good Luck!

camille parker Lowest price I can find is $750 with many not offering a price while claiming "free quote if you just fill out this form......" Like there's special water testing information per client...... Oye.... Guess I will just keep buying that $100 kills-everything filter.....
