Dog Wandering Countryside Neighborhood

There's a dog wandering in our neighborhood (between East Baldwin and Hamilton Drive between 6th and 7th street.)

Dog is older, looks like boxer mixed with pitbull? Not aggressive but wouldn't come with me and I didn't have a leash.

The tag said his name was Bullet and I had my neighbor call the number on the collar. No one picked up and a message was left. No license #.
