Loose dog, Riverfront Park

Large skittish skinny yet playful hound male dog. Light brown. Seems young with loose blue collar. No tags. I tried to catch for over an hour. A couple is currently in park as of 10:00 am still trying to catch him. They were on the river path, towards the back near the far left entry to the woods.

Remember, keep your dog on a leash. That is a leash park. Owner should be fined, though I'm glad they found their dog.
