Garage sale question

Does anyone know for the town of Hackettstown if you can have a garage sale any time? Or on certain dates?

If you live in the town of Hackettstown, not just have an 07840 zip code, then there are no conditions or registrations on garage sales. Most other townships nearby do not either. This was asked a while back and there was some other comment made, but it does not apply to Hackettstown.

Mansfield had theirs the same time, as Hackettstown's last year. I hope they are doing one, again this year. Got to get rid of all the stuff I bought at garage sales, over the years.
