My friend received a CETA educational grant in the late 1970s. It paid her associate degree tuition and minimum wage while she went to Essex county college and got a degree. She then went on to earn advanced degrees and has had a successful career. It is never too late to achieve something better for yourself and your children.
Grants are good things! Great posts above.
