Fire on Willow Grove?
curious in town Seems as it's just a fire alarm.

Calico696 It's a fire - I was just on Willow Grove - the Senior Housing across from Calico, there was smoke coming from the third floor - Last I heard they will be evacuating residents. The fine folks at The Grove Deli have the scanner app....

DH Not a false alarm, is (was) a working fire, ventilation in process, 2 transported to Hackettstown hospital with additionals being triaged on site with possible transport.
Additional units just told to stand down if not on site already
I have been listening to scanner.
Kurt Fire trucks and ambulance from Mansfield flying past Shoprite not long ago. Mutual aid?

botheredbyuu2 from what I'm hearing on the scanner it is a "working structure fire" at the senior complex next to the hospital. A few patients transported to the hospital so far-- not sure if from over abundance of caution or from injuries though. Lifting prayers all are safe

I hear ambos and fire trucks being released from the scene now, so sounds like things are getting under control. My prayers are with them also EG_1982.
suburbia I just went by there fire and resque from all over county there and it seems like full evac of building

brown bear2 Hubby just returned from the fire.. It was at Heritage House...3rd floor apartment ..fire in kitchen. Everyone is OK as of the moment. Just a lot of cleaning up to do...

GC hktownie: I don't feel it would hurt to call or check over there to see if you can be of help in any way. The people in the third floor apartment and the one below it on second floor have a lot of water damage to their apartments and might need some assistance. As far as I know the other seniors are back in their apartments and OK.. Very nice of you to offer.
ooonoo If there is anything that you know of joyful that residents may need I would like to help also.
