Stuffing Recipes

Just curious about stuffing recipes. Maybe I can get some different ideas..just a little bored making it the same way year after year.

Don't change the recipe, change the cooking method. Try stuffing waffles.

I sautéed sausage, onion, celery & garlic. Then, I add the bread crumbs, stock and seasoning. The sausage adds a great flavor. Upon reheating it, I put pats of butter on top to keep it moist.
