Dog found in Panther Valley (Reunited)

I don't have the dog. a woman found it wandering. It looks like a shepherd mix - possibly older. It has an Allamuchy tag from 2013 but apparently it came back not in Panther Valley. The woman who found it called animal control but she wouldn't come out "because she has kids". I believe she will be calling the police to either get or ask the aca to pick it up.

Town Hall is probably closed by now, but she should definitely call the the mayor on Monday and report that the aco wouldn't come out.
