Sorry looking less and less likely. Maybe a flurry Sat night.

Yeah it's looking like it won't be much of anything now.

bbyuu2: Ditto!! It's too soon and these October events (heavy rains and/or snow) seem to have the potential to cause trouble with power outages and yada.,

Way too many leaves still on the trees for any snow to be "wonderful."

Glad to hear this is no longer a real possibility. My niece is visiting for the first time in months from middle-of-nowheresville, PA :) I can't miss that!

Today is the second anniversary of Superstorm Sandy. I'm glad the bitch didn't make a return engagement, lol.

Two weekends ago, I replaced the skids, friction wheel, and oil in my snowblower. I'm hoping that means we don't get a single flake this winter. I very much want to see my snowblower die a slow, lonely, rusty life in the shed.

I heard from a co-worker that middle of nowheresville PA had snow on the ground two weekends ago when they went back home for a visit with relatives. (Johnstown-Altoona area, where I have family too).
