Warren County makes network available to store municipal documents

For Hackettstown residents interested in what their public officials were talking about at the first municipal meeting in 1853, town employees could soon be just a few mouse clicks away from finding out.
Hackettstown is one of five municipalities looking to partner with Warren County on an electronic records management system. Instead of sitting inside a file in the municipality's archives, those 1853 minutes would have an online version.
