Missing Hackettstown Resident's Family Seeks Help

The family of a missing man who has not been seen since Saturday is asking the public for help locating him.

Doug Lanterman, 29, of Hackettstown, N.J., was last seen on Saturday afternoon when he stepped off a Martz bus at the Park and Ride in Delaware Water Gap. His father, Bruce Lanterman, said his son got onto the wrong bus, suffers from a mental disorder and is without his medication.

Lanterman is described as white, about 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has curly dark brown hair and may be in the East Stroudsburg area.

Stroud Area Regional Police are actively looking for Lanterman and anyone with any information on his location is asked to call police at (570) 421-6800 or Bruce Lanterman at (908) 303-6650.
