Hackettstown police report thefts at high school

The town police department reported a total of six thefts occurred at Hackettstown High School on Thursday, Jan. 15 and Tuesday, Jan. 20.
According to information released by the police department, unknown actor(s) entered unlocked lockers and one locked locker and stole money, IPods, gift cards and credit cards.
The police department is putting out a message to remind parents not let their children bring valuables to school and remind their children to lock their lockers.
The police are asking anyone with information regarding the thefts that occurred at Hackettstown High School to contact Detective Darren Tynan at (908) 852-3302.
