Christmas Tree sales
Does anyone know of any boy/girl scout troops or fundraising groups that will be selling Christmas trees? We are going to get a live tree this year and would love to support a good cause :)
Happy Thanksgiving!
Common Sense for Animals (animal shelter) outside of Washington has Christmas trees for sale. I believe they are 40 dollars.
Anyone have an idea of what price range the trees are going for at Tranquility Farm?
We use Mount Bethel too. I’m probably going to misspell their names, but the McMecham brothers are a delight. They hire high school kids to cut n pack, there’s a camp fire, usually hot chocolate and stuff, we make it quite the affair to select on one day and cut on the next while enjoying some hot chocolate sitting around the campfire.
Tranquility is crazy expensive for trees! We walked past the trees & looked at the prices - small trees for $79! No one was buying them.
Luca - while $79 does seem like a lot for a tree, that’s about normal these days. A post above says trees are $65 at one place and at Wyckoff’s the trees are $14 per foot!
