Pope John Teacher Arrested

A science teacher at a Catholic high school in the township has been accused of taking hundreds of “upskirt” videos and photos of female students, as well as having a stash of child pornography.

Previous investigation:

Snyder confirmed they investigated Wagner approximately a year ago on a complaint from a female student that Wagner had “touched and rubbed her back and shoulders.”

“The police department investigated but did not find there was a chargeable offense,” Snyder said. “It did not rise to criminal aspect. The school had suspended him.”


I cannot believe that Wagner was accused a year ago, and it seems it was swept under the rug! Perhaps if the student had been taken more seriously, than his inappropriate behavior at the school would not have continued for another year! Fortunately, a teacher reported the inappropriate behavior this time, so it was taken more seriously.

Mr. Wagner also served all students in grades preschool through 4th at Reverend Brown School, which is also part of the Catholic Academy. These parents should be made aware of Mr. Wagner's actions, if they haven't already.

Parents are paying a substantial amount of money to send their children to a private, religious school. I guess the "Catholic Academy" will go to any lengths to cover things up, no matter how severe, rather than lose more students, leading to lower enrollment, and less funding.

This is not a religious issue, it's a predatory pervert issue. Pedos run wild and it's a huge problem in the schools among other places.
