Pat was a longtime family friend and in 1990 was the Mayor of Hackettstown. She presented my husband that year with a framed commendation when he retired from the Hackettstown P.D. that year and I have that picture of her and my husband presently hanging over his desk...Pat was one of the nicest and kindest people you could ever know. Our Sincere Sympathy to the entire Harper family....
