Bread recipe

There was a bread recipe on here several years ago that was very simple and good. I misplaced the recipe so I am hop[ng someone can help me. It was flower water and yeast left to rise overnight and baked in a dutch oven. I have searched past threads but cannot find it.

BREAD
3.5 cups of bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
12 ounce water
1/2 teaspoon yeast

mixed dry ingredients

Then add water,
mix everything together

Cover, let stand 8-12 hours

fold 4-6 times on flowered counter, fold under into a ball

place in sprayed bowl, cover.

Let sit 2 hours

preheat the oven *and a pan with a lid *(Dutch oven) to 450°

put dough into hot pan, put lid on, and then into oven.

bake for 30 minutes, take the lid off for the last 10 minutes if darker crust desired

Let fully cool
