Facilities/Nursing Homes with Medicaid Beds
I am trying to help someone find a facility for a person with Dementia who needs a Medicaid Bed in Morris County preferably or possibly the Cranford area of Union County. There is some urgency. Perhaps somebody on HL has familiarity/knowledge with those areas and might have a suggestion or two. Thank you.
Mrs. Pipes```` Lincoln Park Renaissance did accept Medicaid approx. 5 years ago. The building has a separate Dementia unit located on the lower level. At the time, the resident rooms were showing their age, the food was average, and the personal care varied based on the nursing assistants who are assigned.

GC Andover Subacute, 1 Obrien Lane in Andover. I know it’s not Morris county, but it’s close! They accept Medicaid and have a dementia unit.

Suburbia Andover Sub acute is absolutely horrid! I’ve been in that place multiple times, I wouldn’t trust that place.
