Rodriguez Family Free Thanksgiving Dinner

Because of your donations of time, money and space...we’re grateful for the success of the day. We’re thankful for all of you.

Again this year, nearly 300 meals were served and $500 in Shop-Rite gift cards were purchased and given. Many of our dinner guests expressed how delighted they were to be there, for the first time, and those who return each year. We loved seeing them all!

Let me start by thanking Marley’s Gotham Grill, WRNJ, Hackettstown Rotary Club, and Knights of Columbus, Dr. Mullen of Foot Care Associates, Annie Bienko of Panther Valley Pharmacy, and Mr. Funcheon (yes, that Mr. Funcheon ).

The Hackettstown community and surrounding towns were very generous with calls to donate turkeys, offering their services in any way, words of encouragement and thanks for what we do.

I have known Anita and her family for a very long time. They have had more than their share of hardships so they know first hand what it is to be in need and to just sometimes need a helping hand and be with people who care.
