LOL, ianimal Here's somewhat of an explanation..

Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise-based program, designed by a specialty-trained vestibular physical therapist, to improve balance and reduce problems related to dizziness.

One of the best vestibular apparatus specialists is at Mass General in Boston. That doesn't help for this area but if you have vertigo that's the place to go.

My son used to have issues with knowing where his body was in space. Weighted blankets helped him, also in physical therapy they had him swing with his eyes closed. He would move his head and adjust to feel where his body was. It's very interesting. He received this through a regular PT.

Jeff Dillon is great. I highly recommend going to him. He is very patient and very helpful. I would not see anyone else. He took great care of me and the staff is very friendly.

I went to a practice in Easton. It does not take a lot of sessions to correct the problem. Kessler in Chester does it as well.

I believe there’s PT at the therapy center at Hackettstown hospital that does this, Barbette is her name, she’s awesome. Call and ask.
