PREDATOR I second staying away from Houston/Palmer - they give new meaning to the word inept ! You can use a web based site for about 60 bucks , but if there is any chance at all of your wishes being contested by a greedy relative or some such , the best bet is to have a will drawn up by an actual lawyer .
97XBAM If have benefits through your company or a spouse's company, check your benefits package. Some packages, definitely not all, come with access to having a will drawn up at no OOP cost. I only suggest this as sometimes that particular benefit is overlooked or even forgotten about because it wasn't immediately needed. I only remembered because of your post actually. Good luck to you in finding what you need.
