RIP Bart Starr

One of the all time great players in football and arguably the greatest Packer to ever wear the uniform.

He led Green Bay to six division titles, five NFL championships and wins in the first two Super Bowls. Not bad in a 16 year stretch with Green Bay. He and the great Vince Lombardi were class all the way. Unlike Brady / Belichick no asterisks next to their names.

Loved watching the Packers play when I was a youngster with Bart Starr playing QB. He scored the winning TD versus Dallas in the famous Ice Bowl game!!

RIP Bart

That was one of the top three plays in football history in my book.

RIP , Great Leader, and could run the Packer sweep to perfection ! Student Body Right, with both guards pulling!

As a teenager I hated Dallas and loved when Green Bay beat them...……..what enjoyable games...…… steroids just nose to nose tough football.

So sad about this. A legend has passed,
