Yawn. Let me know when Aldi moves to town. They have a new relationship with Kohls taking over space as Kohls scales back store size. I dream of the day.

I work in Bridgewater and that is a tiny location for a Trader Joe's. It's also right next to a Costco so parking there will be absolutely impossible.

There is an Aldi out in Pohatcong.

When it comes to small and impossible parking, I think that Denville location will be even worse. During lunch time that place is just overrun.

Interesting hearing Trader Joe and Aldi side by side. Existing Aldi's aren't that far.

Was not impressed with the Aldi’s in Pburg at. All.
Trader Joes will do fine in Bridgewater.

Trader Joe’s and Aldis are related companies - like Old Navy and Gap. Not really too unusual.

3wbdwnj, you aren't meant to be impressed with the scale or variety of Aldi stores. Just the amazingly low prices.
Aldi owns Trader Joe's.

Both German family owned, TJs since 79, although TJ’s managed out of its CA birthplace. MAGA.

Eperot - Aldi's owner and Trader Joe's owner are brothers. But they are separate companies.

Actually......there are two aldis and two brothers and one of them owns TJs.....But they are both German. World wide concern.

Aldi’s always looks like a tornado blew through and the quality seems marginal at best. Trader Joe’s is just “ehh”. I’ll go to Wegmans.

We got a Salvation Army Store!

There's one coming to Denville on route 10 - half hour away!

A Stew Leonards opened up in Paramus. As if the traffic isn't bad enough in that area.

From the article:

"New Jersey-born Martha Stewart also attended the ceremony and had a cow named after her."

Hmmmmm....many comments come to mind. ;-)

Morris county is where it's at for good stores.

Good place for Wegmans or Whole Foods would be the old Sam’s Club location. Not much choice for shopping over there except for an older Shoprite. Old Marshall’s in Hackettstown would be good spot also, but I’m sure if any would open close by the companies would pick Morris County over Warren County as a location.

Love Stew Leonards. Wish it was closer than Paramus, but it sure beats traveling to Connecticut for it.
