Going Rate for House Powerwashing

What's the going rate these days for having a colonial home (walk out basement so it's really 3 stories in the back) power washed? It has vinyl siding and really isn't too bad but needs it none the less. Curious?

Did it last year two story 2600 sq. ft. house cost me around $350-400 including bleaching the gutters.

To get a good estimate, you should state how many square feet of surface area to be washed.

We use Mike / Company’s name Is Hydromite 908-303-0244... Fair price, does excellent job...

I also used Hydromite 908-303-0244. Mike and his crew did a great job. We had them do the house and strip/stain the deck. Both came out really nice. I highly recommend them.
