Land next to Highland Auto

I see a lot of clearing going on next to Highland Auto on Rt57. Anyone know what's going there?

Saw a sign for Patriots Homes at the entrance on Rt57. Can't imagine they are building homes up there. Hmmm..

I saw a lumber truck and a crane up there last weekend lifting trusses off of it looks like someone bought the land and is gonna build a home there
