Liberty Township Power line Repairs

Jersey Central Power and Light trucks and crews have been working at several locations in Liberty Township.They are replacing poles and crossbars.The power lines to homes here are antiquated and outdated.How far are they going to go with repairs and updating the residential power lines?

Mur......not too clear on what's going on either but hear they're trying to make a 2nd loop to tie into a main line off 46 somewhere to help as a backup up for outages.
