Where to buy Xmas Tree

Well I was thinking of going out this weekend which is pretty early for our family. I'd like to try the Great Meadows Belvidere direction for a small tree farm to cut your own. Any suggestions? Looking for 6 ft.

We went here last year and we will be going again this year. They are in White Township

We recently began going to Evergreen Valley in Washington (corner of 31 and Jackson Valley). Cut your own or have someone cut it for you.

Woodsedge on Beechwood in White township is the best!! Such a nice family.

We've been using Wyckoff's for the past few years, and before that, Beck's in Mt. Bethel. Both good spots! And a bonus, Hot Dog Johnny's is on our way home from both locations...it's a tradition to stop after choosing our tree!

We go to Evergreen for the last 3 years. Haven't been disappointed in the selection at all.

Jersey Girl ~ my family also goes to Hot Dog Johnny's after our tree. A tradition now for over 30 years. One year, my cousin was stationed in Iraq during our excursion, so we sent him a HotDog Johnny's t-shirt so he could feel a touch of home. Last year we took his daughter for her first hot-dog!

JrzyGirl88 ~ That's awesome! We have a Hot Dog Johnny's Christmas ornament on our tree, and before we get close to the parking lot, we play a guessing game to see how many Christmas trees will be on vehicles in the parking lot. There are lots of people who make HDJ a stop after getting a tree!

How are the prices this year? For years i went to Beck's but their prices got out of control. I saw a sign coming off exit 12 on 80 that said any tree up to 14 feet cut your own $17.95, not sure of the name of the place though. I need a 10 ft tree

Woodsedge closed for the season to protect the crop for next year.

Wykoffs has no trees over six foot. Lots of small trees but if your looking for a big tree don't waste your time. Becky on route 611 in Stone Church had a large selection of all sizes.

We always go to Woodsedge but their website said limited trees (and now closed apparently)
So we went to Sunset ---- they had ALOT of nice Frasir Firs but they trim them and they are all on the thin side -- good if you need a narrow tree. Price $50 no matter what the height.
They have MANY MANY other trees --- but we found it difficult to find one to meet our specifications. We finally did after walking thru most of their fields. All trees other than frasir firs are $45.
And if you are looking for a big tree --- they have alot !!!!

We always get our trees at Donaldson's. They are beautifully shaped and last the whole season. My kids always get a small tree for their room. Bothered you could get a 3 ft. tree there, but I am not sure of the cost. The kids didn't get their extra trees this year. The cost of my 6 ft. tree was $40.00.

Re: Where to buy Xmas Tree

Hey I was wondering if anyone could help send me in the direction of a local farm around here that has narrow thin trees? I’m working with a smaller space that would only comfortably fit a smaller tree. Picture for example... thanks guys!

Anyone know where I can get a 2/3ft tree? Does shoprite still put small ones out front? I’m recovering from surgery so I can’t deal with a big one or really get out to search for one but would still like a little holiday spirit in the house!

Mt bethel tree farm at start of mt bethel road three houses in from port murray rockport road side had many short trees; I think for sale. Not sure the price, maybe pricey. It is live trees for cutting; but I am sure they would do you the honors of selecting/ cutting for you. And they put in your vehicle. You would need to walk 100 ft from car to sales shed. Get the citrus one; smells like tangerines.

I believe there were still a few 2-3 foot trees in front of ShopRite over the weekend.

There is a tree farm on Ketchum Rd. Cut your own. No tree over $ 35. And they have Blue Spruce. Trees of all sizes. Nice guy helpful with loading tree.
