Momma J The best person I know who can handle repairs or full restorations is Gus at Glass Restorations. They were located on York Ave in Manhattan I think between 80 and 81st Streets. This has been one of the top places of its kind in the city for many years.
They now have a NJ shop.

Beverly Replacements Limited in Greensboro, NC I think does this. I know that they can even make a replica of knives, forks and spoons.
