CBS put a new icemaker in our refrig. a few months back and now it is leaking but they have not returned my wife's last three calls over the last two weeks.

Not thrilled with CBS came to my house and charged me overr 100.00 to tell me they couldn't fix my washer and I have a relative who is currently getting a huge run around from them try one of the others I know the business changed hands and have not heard good things since.
Kelly Oh great, they changed hands? Maybe that's why they will not return our calls, maybe they do not want to stand behind the work that was done (Approx. $300 worth of parts and labor).
Oh, wow. I am sorry to hear that. I have always had a great experience with them so I am sorry that I have apparently given a bad recommendation. I had not heard that they were sold.

Home repairs are easier than you think. Please post the problem and maybe the fix is an DIY job. I found all the info I needed to do a simple home repair on my washing machine on the internet YouTube video and all. Even if it's fixed allready post what was wrong.
CBGPZB DH has fixed the washing machine. Thanks for all the suggestions though.
Very bad experience with CBS Appliance. Series of events which took place over a six week period with my washer still not being fixed. Finally ordered the part on-line and did it myself. Don't call CBS!!
