Vehicle Headlight Refinishing/Restoring

Has anyone had their vehicle's headlights refinished or restored locally? If so, how much and any recommendations? Thanks!

I used the Maguire kit available in Walmart.I had a lens that was med- heavy fade on it.it
Its a 3 step process, and came out beautifully. It took about an hour, but that was mostly to prep work on the surrounding area. I definatly recommend it.

I use the 3M kit about once a year. It frequently goes on sale for less then $5. Takes about 1 hour and all you need is a drill, some masking tape and paper (all to mask the paint).

Popular Mechanics rates the 3M as well as the Maquires in the top 5 best kits.

Believe it or not used toothpaste and brush and came out nice. Some people say baking soda as well.
