New establishment going in to Buddy's space?

Does anyone know what may be going in where Buddy's was? I drove past yesterday and the "For Lease" signs were down and the interior lights were on.

Lights have been on since it closed in January. Nothing going in yet. Will probably sit empty for years like it has before.

No, never relocated. There never was any intention to relocate. They told the employees they were looking for another place just so they wouldn't quit. Who else would they hire? No one is going to take a job that they know was closing in 2 months.
The store in Ledgewood is open. Very nice store. Clean, organized. Managed very well,
