Saw a FB post by Hometowne Hardware asking for help identifying a man, but no information as to why. Anyone with additional information?

This culprit stole money straight out of the register - Police Report filed - additional photo's and video's will hopefully be posted soon - Any businesses with also images of this person would be appreciated, I'm sure.

I was at home town hardware on Saturday. They ask, if you see this person, to not approach him; contact police immediately. Very upsetting.
