Not sure if they will be luxury but the property is located between the Quick Chek and Oak Hill.

There is a big sign announcing new luxury homes on rt 46 next to herbies drive-in

I believe the sign near herbies are for lots on Alphano Rd. Placing the sign on 46 is just better spot for people to see.

Hope the construction is not on the Hackettstown border. Every other municipality seems to put its developments right on the Hackettstown line which gives that town a rateable and Hackettstown gets the traffic. Of course Hackettstown doesn't help the situation with some of its own construction decisions.

Frank I live on Alphano Rd and Pio Costa is selling lots for luxury homes directly across the street from my driveway.
Not sure if this is what you were talking about.

Not sure either, Sherry. Independance mayor was on WRNJ the other day stating that this development will be good for Independance, but I don't recall that he said where it was to be located.

Right across from RJ gas station on RT 46 they are building homes too.
